A single phase application for full-power digital conversion of two stations, KRMA (Denver) and KTSC (Pueblo/Colorado Springs), both licensed to Rocky Mountain Public Broadcasting Network, Inc. The application proposes 40% Federal funding for a project with a total cost of $4,353,426. The proposed Federal share of $1,741,370 includes support for dissemination equipment --transmitter, antenna, transmission lines and associated equipment-- at both Mt. Morrison and Cheyenne Mt., as well as test and interconnection equipment for both transmitter sites as well as its Denver origination location.The applicant proposes to change its transmitter site for KRMA from Lookout Mountain to Mt Morrison, where it be co-located with Denver public radio stations KCFR-FM and KUVO-FM, (also leaving Lookout Mountain) as well as its continuing analog KRMA-TV.
