To improve the operation of public radio station WIUM, 91.3 MHz, Macomb, IL, as it moves into new studio facilities by replacing various items of equipment, including an audio console, hard disk storage system, and a satellite receive dish. The project would also acquire SCA receivers for the station's radio reading service. The program service of WIUM is repeated on WIUW, 89.5 MHz, Warsaw, IL. Together the stations serve a population of about 159,602.
