To upgrade the KCCU-FM translator in Altus, OK, to a full-power public radio station, fed via satellite.The request includes a transmitter, antenna, related dissemination equipment; and satellite receive equipment. An audio vault system will enable the station to be fed programming of local interest. The station will serve approximately 23,875 people.
