To improve public radio station KZMU-FM in Moab, UT, which provides the only local origination service in the southeastern part of Utah.. The request includes a back-up transmitter, professional equipment for a production studio including microphones, CD players and recorder, mini-disc recorders, DAT recorder, cassette deck, and a server computer to support web-casting. The station serves about 10,000 people.
