To purchase EAS emergency warning equipment at the transmitter locations of the four repeater FM stations of public radio station WOSU-FM, which operates on 89.7 Mhz in Columbus, OH. The repeater stations and the communities they serve are: WOSV-FM, 91.7 Mhz, Mansfield; WOSP-FM, 91.5 Mhz, Portsmouth; WOSE-FM, 91.1 Mhz, Coshocton; and WOSB-FM, 91.1 Mhz, Marion. The project would also purchase a digital audio console to replace the aging analog console in WOSU-FM's on-air control room.
