To improve the operation of public television station WTIU, Ch. 30, Bloomington, IN, by replacing origination equipment, including a production switcher and ancillary items, analog/digital converters, a video server, a video tape deck, and a character generator. All equipment to be acquired will be compatible with and capable of integration into the station's digital conversion. The station serves a population of about 491,000.
