To improve the broadcast signals of two stations of Wisconsin Public Radio, based in Madison, WI, by replacing obsolete and worn-out transmission equipment, including the transmitter, antenna, transmission line, and studio-transmitter link of WRFW, 88.7 MHz, River Falls, WI; and the antenna and transmission line of WLSU, 88.9 MHz, LaCrosse, WI. The project includes moving the transmission site of WLSU from LaCrosse, WI, to La Crescent, MN, to maximize its signal coverage. The stations serve a population of about 245,909.
