To improve the transmission facilities of public radio station WABE FM-90.1, Atlanta, by replacing a 20 year old tower and transmission system and relocating the antenna from Stone Mtn. to central Atlanta. The project will purchase an 800 ft. tower which will also support the antenna for the applicant's digital television station, WPBA. The new facility will also enable the applicant to provide public radio service to an additional 170,000 people.
