To improve the transmission facilities of public television station KVTR-TV, Ch. 13, La Grande, OR, by replacing a 17 year old transmitter. The project would also increase station power to serve an additional 56,805 people. KVTR currently provides public television service to 70,613 people in northeast Oregon.
