To improve and extend the signal of WGMC, 90.1 MHZ in North Greece, New York, by replacing the old and failing 20-year-old transmitter, contruction of a taller tower and installation of a new antenna. The station currently serves over 700,000 people and will add more than 350,000 listeners as a result of the increase in coverage area.
