To extend the Radio Reading Service of KNPR-FM from southern Nevada to include Reno/Carson City, Elko, Ely, and Tonopah. The project includes the purchase of 4 subcarrier generators, STL interface, audiovault computer and soundcard, 5 audio receivers, 3 satellite receivers and 600 SCA receivers, as well as related equipment. The project will provide first service to some 15,000 visually handicapped listeners.
