To improve the facilities of public television station KSYS, Ch. 8 in Medford, OR by replacing Umatic videocassette machines used for station breaks with a video file server. The project would also replace a computer used for station on-air graphics with equipment capable of being used with the station's educational cable access channel. The applicant serves 368,000 people in southern Oregon and northern California.
