A single-phase project to continue the digital conversion of KSMQ, ch. 15 (DTV ch. 20), Austin, MN by purchasing a satellite antenna, Server &ID system, Encoder, Master Control switcher, four (4) Digital SD tape recorders and transmitter remote control. Digital transmission equipment for the station has been funded by a grant from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting's Digital Distribution Fund. The applicant is requesting $332,700, which is 67% of the total project cost of $496,541. KSMQ serves an audience of 621,000.
