A single-phase project to continue the applicant's digital television conversion by purchasing microwave radio equipment for a 2 hop STL system, shelter, and tower to feed a digital signal to KSMN. Ch 20 (DTV, ch. 15), Worthington, MN. The applicant further proposes to move a 250 foot tower and shelter to another location. The applicant is requesting $192,855, which is 65% of the total project cost of $296,700. The applicant provides public television service through KSMN, KWCM-TV, ch. 10 (DTV ch. 31), Appleton, MN, and six translators to 1,200,000 people. Digital transmission equipment for both KWCM and KSMN have been funded by grants from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting's Digital Universal Service Fund.)
