Western North Carlina Public Radio Inc., seeks funding assistance to construct a translator that will provide the first public radio service to the Bryson City area of Swain and Graham Counties in Western North Carolina and fill in some PTFP "white" area. This translator will repeat the programming originated at WCQS-FM in Asheville, NC.
