The Oklahoma Educational Television Authority (OETA) is submitting this grant application to seek funding assistance to purchase a non-linear editing station and a portable HDTV remote package so that OETA can replace obsolete, unreliable equipment and continue its digital conversion in order to produce programs in digital standard definition and high definition for local, state, regional and national distribution.
