To move primary transmitter location (a minor FCC change), boost analog power from 500w to 8000w, combine with digital transmitter, and add digital production equipment in existing studios and production rooms. We also propose adding a second digital studio to produce the supplementary audio channel on our digital transmission. Digital broadcast will bring more than 2000 people into first service who cannot now receive any analog signals due to multi-path interference in the rugged San Juan mountains of SW Colorado.
