Purchase the required eqiupment needed to provide live (in-studio) broadcasting and adapt from continuous non-stop music playing to a more conventional radio broadcasting and meet the equipment requirements for Emergency Alert Systems (EAS). The addition of a generator will ensure that the station's EA system will continue to function in the event of a power outage.
