To construct a full power public radio station providing first service to the lower two-thirds of the Florida Keys, covering the area from Key West to Islamorada, FL. This new first service will reach 43,554 unserved permanent residents, and there are over two million seasonal visitors to the Key West/Marathon area of Florida that will also benefit from this proposed expansion.
