The purpose of this application is to secure PTFP funding for digital television Master Control broadcast equipment at public television stations WOUB-TV/DT and WOUC-TV/DT. PTFP funding will provide for digital broadcast operations of local origination, and will provide over 1.4 million potential viewers with free, over-the-air public service and educational digital television programming.
