Koahnic Broadcast Corporation requests funding to construct and equip a new master control studio, production room, and downlink facilities for the KBC National Native Programming Unit at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center in Albuquerque. The current home of the National unit at the University of New Mexico's KUNM-FM is insufficient to support the unit's current and rapidly growing program production and distribution responsibilities.
