This project will replace the translator with a transmitter/antenna capable of HD Radio transmission. The Grantee will also purchase equipment for two Supplemental Audio Channels, a new audio system workstations to originate programming, the Radio Broadcasting Data Service (RBDS) encoder, and four CD players with AES/EBU outputs and software.
