A project to activate two radio stations at White Earth and Naytahwaush, MN, by purchasing transmitters, antennas, transmission lines, shelters, STL systems, EAS systems, remote control systems, CD Players, Audio delay system, automation system, audio consoles studio furniture, microphones, associated production equipment, test and monitoring equipment. The proposed stations will serve 25,000 residents of the reservation.
