A project to activate new public radio station KWIS-FM at 88.3 MHz. The new station will serve the Couer d'Alene Indian Reservation and surrounding areas of Northern Idaho. This station will provide first service to 1,224 people and additional service to 11,379 people. Also, the station will provide first local origination programming to the population in its service area.
