A project to extend the Granite State Distance Learning Network of the University of New Hampshire (UNH), in collaboration with the UNH Cooperative Extension Service (CES) and New Hampshire Public Television (NHPTV), through the Internet and NHPTV digital signal datacasting and fiber optic links, to six interactive distance learning classroom sites, and homes and businesses in five counties of rural northern and western New Hampshire, by purchasing video conferencing units, video and audio converters, and a server.
