A project to construct a distributed transmission system (DTS) to expand coverage of WQTO-TV in Ponce, in southern PR by constructing a new facility at Mayaguez in eastern PR. The synchronized stations would provide service to a currently unserved area of PR where terrain has blocked the signal from WQTO-TV, one of the the two full- power television stations operated by Ana Mendez University.
